Where do I find my API key?
In your dashboard, right after logging in. You can regenerate it anytime if it gets compromised.
How does the Free plan work?
The Free plan gives you 100 captures during your first month to try the service. After that, pick a subscription that fits your needs.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
The API returns a 429 error with an explicit message. You can upgrade anytime; the change is immediate.
Can you capture pages behind a login?
Not yet. The service captures publicly accessible pages, as an anonymous visitor would see them.
Why is my capture incomplete or odd-looking?
First try adding delay=4000: many sites have intro animations or deferred content. For long pages, make sure full=1 is set (auto-scroll then kicks in automatically). If the issue persists, contact us with the URL.
Do you store the screenshots?
Captures are cached for 30 days to speed up repeated requests for the same page (identical parameters). Pass nocache=1 to force a fresh capture. The cache is purged automatically.
Do you store my payment details?
Never. Payments are fully handled by Stripe; we never see or store any card number.
